EAC CUSTOMS UNION CERTIFICATE DECLARATION,

The document confirming the quality and safety of the product will currently be a Customs Union state registration document (CSR CU), which will be valid in the Customs Union territory of the three countries.

The Customs Union Certificate of Conformity or the so-called “EAC Certificate” means official documents confirming the high quality of manufactured or manufactured products, as well as that all their characteristics and features fully comply with the approved and current requirements and norms of state standards.

In total, the Customs Union Unified Territory has more than 20 approved, developed and effective technical regulations governing the sale and output of a large number of products.

According to the Agreement signed for the establishment of the Single Customs Area, there are unified rules for the legal turnover of goods between the countries participating in the treaty. For this purpose, the main responsibilities of the Customs Union Joint Commission are functions, including the approval of all legal and legal documents accepted in the technical regulation.

This Commission develops and adopts a single list of products for which it must carry out a mandatory safety and quality assessment before entering the direct circulation of goods in the Single Consumer Market. Based on this list, for all categories of commodities specified in this document, it is necessary to submit a declaration of conformity or a certificate of conformity with the Customs Union.

Another important stage in the creation of uniform rules for the compliance and confirmation of products produced in customs areas or imported from other countries with the Customs Union is the preliminary preparation and registration of some technical regulations. These technical documents contain all the information regarding the standards, rules, safety requirements received regarding raw materials, quality assessment, identification rules and marking of certain categories of goods.

In total, there are more than 20 approved, developed and operating technical regulations in the Customs Union (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia) that regulate the sale and output of numerous products.
